職位描述

崗位職責(zé)：
EHS Management EHS管理
1. Be responsible to follow EHS policies, EHS procedures and BASF “Responsible Care” codes of the BIG site in related technical work field to ensure compliance and safety during work execution. 負(fù)責(zé)在相關(guān)技術(shù)工作領(lǐng)域遵循BIG的EHS政策、EHS程序和巴斯夫“責(zé)任關(guān)懷”規(guī)范，確保工作執(zhí)行過(guò)程中的合規(guī)性和安全性。
2. Report unsafe conduct and conditions, accidents/ incidents, near misses and unsafe situation and to the respective management level in an open and pro-active manner.以公開(kāi)和主動(dòng)的方式向相應(yīng)的管理層報(bào)告不安全行為和狀況、事故/事件、未遂事件和不安全情況。
3. Support all EHS activities to ensure safe work environment to employees and contractors (e.g. use of proper and suitable PPE and tools, provide workplace in compliance with all EHS standards). 支持所有EHS活動(dòng)，確保員工和承包商的安全工作環(huán)境(例如，使用正確合適的PPE和工具，提供符合所有EHS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的工作場(chǎng)所)

Inspection Management & TAR Support 檢驗(yàn)管理和大修支持
1. Technical support to BIG plant TAR preparation and execution of the TAR scope and coordinate, support and supervise execution of overall inspection and testing plan together with legal authorities and coordinate TAR resources for technical support with related plant operation teams (e.g. Maintenance, Operation, Asset Management). 為BIG裝置大修的準(zhǔn)備和執(zhí)行提供技術(shù)支持，與法律機(jī)構(gòu)協(xié)調(diào)、支持和監(jiān)督整體檢驗(yàn)和試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行，并與相關(guān)工廠運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì)(如維護(hù)、運(yùn)營(yíng)、資產(chǎn)管理)協(xié)調(diào)TAR資源以提供技術(shù)支持。
2. Execute daily inspection, eg. annually pressure vessel external inspection, pressure piping external inspection, LDAR test and record, flange labeling management etc. 執(zhí)行日常檢查。壓力容器外部年檢、壓力管道外部年檢、LDAR試驗(yàn)及記錄、法蘭標(biāo)識(shí)管理等
3. Execute and manage TM data collection, timely report significant deterioration. 執(zhí)行和管理TM數(shù)據(jù)收集，及時(shí)報(bào)告嚴(yán)重的設(shè)備缺陷。
4. Execution of pressure safety valves (PSV) calibration and management of related overhaul activities (such as repairs) for all kinds of PSV to comply with legal regulations (e.g. TSG) and/ or with BASF safety and reliability standards and BASF RisQ concepts. 執(zhí)行各種壓力安全閥(PSV)的調(diào)校和相關(guān)大修活動(dòng)(如維修)的管理，以符合法律法規(guī)(如特種設(shè)備管理規(guī)范)和/或巴斯夫安全和可靠性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和巴斯夫RisQ概念
5. 6. Support maintenance of BIG site inspection management system (site inspection management database and documentation/ storage system) which includes all relevant information such as RisQ and RBI concepts, inspection and test records, project and OEM files. 支持維BIG現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)管理系統(tǒng)(現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查管理數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和文檔/存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng))，包括所有相關(guān)信息，如RisQ和RBI概念，檢驗(yàn)和試驗(yàn)記錄，項(xiàng)目和OEM文件
7. Support legal inspections for new procured chemical equipment (pressure equipment, piping and safety appurtenances (e.g. valves) before installation and/or commissioning. 支持新采購(gòu)的化工設(shè)備(壓力設(shè)備，管道和安全設(shè)備(如閥門(mén))在安裝和/或調(diào)試前的法定檢驗(yàn)。
8. Support maintenance of inspection tools, to ensure inspection tools are in good condition and ready to use. 支持檢驗(yàn)工具的維護(hù)，確保檢驗(yàn)工具處于良好狀態(tài)并隨時(shí)可用。


任職要求：
1、Diploma degree in mechanical, chemical, materials engineering, welding or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or higher will be an advantage. 機(jī)械、化工、材料工程、焊接或相關(guān)專業(yè)?？埔陨蠈W(xué)歷。本科及以上學(xué)歷優(yōu)先。
2、Minimum 5 years work experience in chemical industry e.g. in the field of Maintenance, Operation, Asset Management, Technical Site Service or TAR experience will be an advantage. 有化工行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，如維修、操作、資產(chǎn)管理、技術(shù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)或大修經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3、Basic knowledge of different non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and their application基本地了解不同的無(wú)損檢測(cè)方法及其應(yīng)用
4、Basic knowledge of Chinese and local inspection related standards, codes, and safety regulation for chemical equipment (e.g., TSG, GB) 具備中國(guó)及當(dāng)?shù)貦z驗(yàn)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范和化工設(shè)備安全法規(guī)(例如特種設(shè)備管理規(guī)范、國(guó)標(biāo))的基本知識(shí)
5、Knowledge in inspection of petrochemical/ chemical equipment and its methods about investigation tools and techniques like RBI will be an advantage. 具備石化/化工設(shè)備的檢驗(yàn)知識(shí)和方法，熟悉調(diào)查工具、了解例如RBI技術(shù)的將優(yōu)先考慮。
