職位描述

Be responsible for the operation regulation compliance management to get the required permits as scheduled such as SPP/SBP; support the ALC IRC team on new project development in the Region when required.

Build and maintain effective communication with local HSE authorities, regularly watch and report any changes or requirements of local HSE regulations and analyse its impacts to AL\'s operation, develop action plan for gap elimination.
與當(dāng)?shù)豀SE管理部門建立并保持有效的溝通，定期觀察和報(bào)告當(dāng)?shù)豀SE法規(guī)的任何變化和要求，并分析其對(duì)液空運(yùn)營的影響，制定行動(dòng)計(jì)劃以消除差距。
Manage HSE training and qualification to both AL and Contractor employees, HSE inspection and audit to responsible entities, HSE promotion program, HSE supporting activities, HSE management tools application,regular HSE meeting etc.
管理液空員工和承包商員工的HSE培訓(xùn)和資格，負(fù)責(zé)公司的HSE檢查和審核，HSE推行計(jì)劃，HSE支持活動(dòng)，HSE安全管理工具的應(yīng)用，定期HSE會(huì)議。
Responsible for the management of HSE datas being reported in CIMS and report HSE accident and incident to both Main person in charge of the company and ALCH HSE team, and analysis of causes are in compliance with AL and local regulation requirement; 負(fù)責(zé)公司CIMS系統(tǒng)中HSE數(shù)據(jù)的管理，HSE事故和事件及時(shí)報(bào)告給公司主要負(fù)責(zé)人和液空中央HSE團(tuán)隊(duì)，原因分析應(yīng)符合液空和當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)要求；
Being risk management Coordinator，organize the HSE related risk identification as per required by AL and local regulations, and decide actions when needed to mitigate the risks.擔(dān)任風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理協(xié)調(diào)員，根據(jù)液空和當(dāng)?shù)卣咭蠼M織HSE相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別，采取適當(dāng)措施以降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。


Job requirements:崗位要求
Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in chemical engineering or safety is preferred.具有學(xué)士學(xué)位或同等學(xué)歷，化工或安全相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
3+ Years work experience in hazardous chemical industry, plant safety management experience;
3年以上危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，工廠安全管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Hold Certified Safety Engineer certificate;
持有注冊(cè)安全工程師（化工安全方向）認(rèn)證證書
Good English skills both in speaking and writing;
良好的英語聽說讀寫能力;
Good computer skills;
良好的計(jì)算機(jī)技能;
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
良好的溝通能力和人際交往能力;
Be familiar with HSEQ regulation;
熟悉HSEQ法規(guī);
